Ticket Purchase

• All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
• Tickets are valid for the selected date only unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
• Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may change without notice.

E-Ticket Delivery

E-tickets will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please present your e-ticket (digital or printed) at the park entrance.

Park Rules

• All guests must comply with uShaka Marine World's park rules and regulations.
• Children under 3 years of age enter free of charge.
• The park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with park rules.
• Operating hours are subject to change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

We act as an authorised ticket reseller. uShaka Marine World reserves the right to modify attractions, shows, and operating schedules without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any changes to park operations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
